PSAI Member Satisfaction Is Excellent

Thank you to everyone who recently completed the semiannual NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey. PSAI is using this method to measure Member satisfaction. Congratulations to the raffle winner, Scotty Wyatt with Red River Sanitation LLC, who won a $250 Cabela’s gift card. Thank you to Scotty and the other participants for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback!Here’s what members are saying:

85% of the respondents said they would recommend PSAI to a friend or a colleague, rating the organization a 9 or a 10.

12% of the respondents are satisfied with their membership and are identified as “Passive”.

3% of the respondents are not satisfied with their membership.

According to NPS calculations, our overall score was 82, which falls in the “Excellent” category.

59 out of 1,548 members completed the survey.
