Before the Convention

Presentation and Handouts Submission
- Presentation and handouts are due by January 17 and should be emailed to houa.vang@ewald.com.
- PSAI recommends using this PPT Template for your presentation, and at a minimum requires speakers to use the Title Slide.
AV Requests
- PSAI will provide the following AV onsite: screen & projector, slide advancer, audio, microphone and laptop.
- If you have a specific AV request, the deadline to submit is January 20. Please note these requests are not guaranteed.

- Additional attachments if bringing your own laptop
What to Wear
- The convention is business casual, so dress as you would for your organization.

- Prior to the convention, speakers and attendees will receive additional details and important information regarding the convention. We encourage you to read that information before arriving in Memphis!
