Cancellation Deadline — January 22, 2024 (full refund, less 15% administrative fee)

Monday, February 12: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 13: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 14: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Those who purchase full Convention & Trade Show tickets will have access to all meals/food listed below. Those who purchase Trade Show Floor tickets only will be limited to the hors d’oeuvres provided on the Trade Show floor on Tuesday.
Monday, February 12: Lunch provided for Training Day participants—and coffee, tea, and water will be provided for those attending Committee and Board meetings.
Tuesday, February 13: Grab-n-Go breakfast, beverages & snacks at morning break, heavy hors d’oeuvres at Trade Show in afternoon
Wednesday, February 14: Grab-n-Go breakfast, beverages & snacks at morning break, buffet lunch at Trade Show for those with a full registration.

The closest airport to our convention location is Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), about 6 miles from our headquarters hotel. Several taxi companies provide service from the airport to our hotel; rideshare services Lyft and Uber are also available. Another option is Tropical Shuttle, which picks up at Daytona Beach International Airport as well as several larger airports in the region.
