Truck Trailer Move-In:
- Monday, February 12th: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
- You are welcome to use your own wash vendor, prior to move-in. If you would like recommendations, please contact Blake (blakef@ewald.com) directly for a list.
All Other Exhibitors Move-In:
- Monday, February 12th: 1:00 – 6:00 pm Availability on Tuesday, February 13th: 7:00 – 10:00 am
- Exhibitors can unload on our Arena Dock and then go park in our West Lot.

- Truck/Trailer: While move out is taking place on Wednesday, 2/14 until 11:59 PM, please note, you are able to keep your truck/trailer parked on the Arena Doc until Thursday, 2/15, if needed. Please notify us if you plan on leaving your equipment until Thursday, the 15th.
