Board of Directors
The Board of Directors upholds the PSAI Mission and Vision statements. The Board will normally meet four times per year and will speak through its President and its written policies. No member of the Board will have greater authority than another Director.
Trade associations are companies in a specific industry organized to promote common interests. It is PSAI’s firmly established policy to comply fully with all Antitrust Laws, State and Federal. This means not only simply following the written law, it means conducting our Association in conformity with the highest standards of ethics and morality and avoiding conduct that might give even the appearance of misconduct.
